Services and engagement
Scope, deliverables, assumptions, timelines, fees, acceptance criteria, and support terms for software development will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Any change to agreed scope may affect cost and delivery dates and requires written agreement.
Pricing and payment
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise and may be exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment schedules appear in the relevant proposal or invoice. You agree to provide accurate billing information and pay undisputed amounts by their due date.
Intellectual property
Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing materials. Ownership or licensing of custom deliverables will be specified in the project agreement and is ordinarily transferred only after full payment. Lexanta retains its general know-how, reusable tools, and non-client-specific components.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for timely feedback, approvals, content, access, and information needed to complete the work. You confirm that materials supplied to us may lawfully be used for the project.
Warranties and liability
We will perform agreed services with reasonable care and skill. Except as stated in a written agreement, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Any aggregate liability will be limited as set out in the applicable project agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any agreed dispute-resolution process, courts located in Jalgaon, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
