Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last updated: 21 August 2026
Digital delivery
Deliverables may be provided through a secure source-code repository, cloud environment, staging or production deployment, downloadable files, email, or another method agreed in the project documentation.
Delivery schedule
Estimated timelines and milestone dates are set out in the relevant proposal or statement of work. Delivery depends on timely receipt of required content, access, decisions, feedback, and approvals from the client. Approved scope changes or third-party delays may change the schedule.
Acceptance
When a milestone is ready, we will notify the designated client contact and provide reasonable instructions for review. Any review period and acceptance criteria will be specified in the project agreement. Where no period is specified, concerns should be reported within 7 calendar days.
Access and handover
Final source files, credentials, documentation, or ownership transfers included in scope are provided after the applicable invoices are paid in full. Clients are responsible for securing and maintaining credentials following handover.
No physical shipping charges
No physical shipping fee applies to our standard digital services. If a project exceptionally requires physical media or equipment, costs and delivery terms will be agreed separately in writing before dispatch.
