Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before work begins
You may request cancellation in writing before the agreed project start date. Payments for work not yet started may be refunded after deducting any non-recoverable payment-gateway charges, third-party costs already incurred with your approval, and any expressly agreed onboarding or discovery fee.
Cancellation after work begins
Once work has begun, completed milestones, approved deliverables, discovery, design, engineering time already performed, and committed third-party costs are non-refundable. If advance payment exceeds the value of work completed and committed costs, the remaining balance may be refunded after reconciliation.
Milestones and digital deliverables
Payments made against an accepted or delivered milestone are non-refundable. If you believe a deliverable does not materially meet the written acceptance criteria, notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will review the concern and, where valid, make reasonable corrections within the agreed scope.
How to request cancellation or a refund
Email us with your company name, invoice number, project name, payment date, and reason for the request. Requests must come from the email address associated with the engagement. We will acknowledge the request and communicate any reconciliation required.
Refund processing time
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the amount. Taxes will be adjusted in accordance with applicable law.
Project-specific terms
If a signed proposal, statement of work, or contract contains a project-specific cancellation or refund provision, that provision will govern the relevant engagement.
